You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. Then you need to choose which product you need and you need to click on place order. You let us know your name, telephone number, and some information like your address and when you want to receive the order. Then our representative will deliver your product to our given address.

Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?

Well, it’s up to you but we are ensuring the product quality and you are getting the product setting at home.

How are you sourcing your products?

We have deals with wholesalers, manufacturers, and importers.

Yes, we do. You can either call us or send us an SMS at any time at your preferred time around the clock 24/7 365 days a year.

When will I get my order?

Well, your delivery times depend on your location.

Insider Dhaka: Usually we deliver across Dhaka City by 2-3 Days after placing your order. In unusual cases it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update you by email or we will message your given phone number.

Outside Dhaka: We deliver to almost all the cities in Bangladesh. We will currier your product in your given location. Most national orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. In usual cases, it can take more time but you don’t need to worry we will keep you posted from time to time to give you the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.

Note: If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day. And If an order place on public holidays we dispatch the product on the next work day.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

After confirming your placement, we will send you a message. Generally, we keep our all client posted about their package to avoid any delay in the delivery of the items.

If your order has already been sent you may need to wait for it to arrive and then either you can request the courier guy or let us know we will advise what to do. If the item got delivered please get in touch so that we can process it as a return, if the item is delivered then you will have to bear the return shipping charge.

We deliver across Dhaka city and nationwide we use specially designed bags as the packaging with proper safety so that all the items get delivered in one piece.

We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly in 2-3 days. We try to deliver free inside Dhaka city.

Nationwide

We work with SA Poribahan Sundorban Courier or other preferred couriers to deliver orders nationwide. We try to deliver our product within 3-5 days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your Returns Policy?

Well, we hope that you’re happy with your purchase every time. We offer 3 days’ return policy. 3 days an easy return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Returns should be made within 3 working days of receiving the items in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases, original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer’s packaging that the product was delivered to you. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals, and items that may have been bundled with the item.

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals, or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 70% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

What you should do if have a problem with your product?

If you experience a problem with your product within the first 3 days of purchase, you have informed us and we will check the product then we will replace or refund the product. But the time is only 3 days.

Once you’ve received a confirmation from us please package your product carefully and ship it out to the address provided to you via email. Please note that you will have to bear the both-way shipping charge.
